CONDITIONS OF HIRE

Conditions of Hire 

Make sure that you put the booking in the child’s name. 

Check your measurements and fill out the form. 

Make sure you put in extra info on the form. 

Delivery Orders are individually packed and labelled. These are dispatched in bulk to the school and will arrive ten to fourteen days before your holiday. We recommend clothing is tried on as soon as it is received and sizing is checked. We can then exchange any items that do not fit without delay. 

Return of clothing 

Hand in hired clothing to the party leader immediately after the holiday. Please do not send it directly to us. The party leader is responsible for checking that all the items have been returned, dispatching the ski wear in one bulk consignment, and identifying any missing garments. 

Snowboard Trousers 

If the bottom of these trousers is damaged by being used in ski bindings, this damage is not fair wear and tear, and you will be charged for it. 

Limit on returning clothing. 

All hired garments are to be returned to us within 14 days of the return from your trip. After 21 days, there will be a surcharge of £5 per item as there is insufficient time to get the clothing cleaned for the next hire. 

Cleaning 

Hire charges include clothing cleaning, but we ask for excess mud, etc. It is removed from the après ski boots before packing them to ensure the clothing is dry. We endeavour to stock fully but reserve the right to substitute equal-quality styles when necessary. 

Hire equipment 

If any hire equipment is damaged, there will be a charge of £20 per item.
